Booster Club

What We're All About

Our Booster Club provides financial and volunteer support for the Sun Prairie West Girls Soccer program.  We routinely purchase away game meals, practice equipment and game balls, uniforms and other supplies to support our student athletes and coaches. We also provide social opportunities like team dinners and player recognition with our Youth/Community Night, Staff Appreciation Night, Senior Night and end-of-season banquet.

2024-2025 Booster Board

If you have a student that plays soccer for SPWHS, you are a member of the SPWHS Girls Soccer Boosters.  If you are interested in becoming more involved, there are opportunities available.  Our board positions renew July 1 of each year. The booster board meets monthly planning for the upcoming and/or current season. All are welcome to attend. Meeting dates are 11/11, 12/09, 1/13, 2/10, 3/10, 4/14, 5/12, 6/09 @ 6:30 PM. Our meetings are held at Sun Prairie West High School, Room 1203. We will post the meetings and location on the TeamSnap soccer calendar.

Communication  

The majority of communication will be done via TeamSnap, please make sure your player and your email are correct.  We will use Sign Up Genius for all volunteer needs.  We also share information on Facebook and Instagram, you will be lead there by clicking on those icons at the bottom of the page.

Volunteering 

Every family will have a volunteer requirement. Please find ways to help in pre-season, as well as throughout the season by helping with a fundraiser, concession stand, hosting a team dinner, etc. Sign up to help with events on the “Volunteer” page.

Booster Club Fees 

Booster Club fees are $100 per player.  These fees are used for uniforms, bags, equipment, away game meals, tournament fees, player recognition, travel and end-of-season banquet costs.  Booster Club Fees are separate from the school registration fee and will be collected at the beginning of the season. If you are in need of a scholarship, please contact Coach Hanson.

Away Game Meals

Away game meals keep our players fueled for competition. These meals are provided for all players when there are away games on school days. The Booster provides a sub sandwich and families donate other snacks. Away game meals are one of most appreciated expenses.
